We will match or beat any other actual licensed company's advertised price for like service/product. If you find a better deal even up to 2 weeks AFTER doing business with us, we will still pay you back the difference.
Most of the manufacturers of the products we install have a limited lifetime warranty against mechanical failure. We warranty our installation and the product from failure for 5 years. Should a warranty claim occur, we will either replace or repair where necessary. We cannot be responsible for failures due to excessive weight placed on shelving. We also do not insure or warranty any items that are stored on the shelving system.

Our experience in this garage organization industry dates back even farther. We are a licensed and insured Utah business. Our employees are drug tested and trained not only on industry knowledge but also on customer service skills.

All though we are profitable at every install, we don't try to hit home runs every time we deliver our products. This philosophy simply means we would rather make less now but have a happy 5-star satisfied customer that uses us over and over and then tells there friends about us. We install a few different brands of shelves and don't promote one over the other. So our maximum capacity is 650 lbs evenly distributed weight when our technicians install.
We take cash, check, venmo, and all cards. If someone is available when the work is complete, we prefer to get payment upon completion of work. However, if our guys finish when no one is available to make payment, we can send an invoice to your email address that can be securely paid online.
Yes, if it's available. We typically scramble to keep enough inventory on hand for our installation team so we don't always have enough in stock to offer for sale without installation. However, if we have enough on hand we will gladly sell directly to pick up customers. Just reach out for current pricing.
Yes. We charge $109/hr with a 1 hr minimum. We can quote most jobs before we get to the appointment.
Anything garage except for the big garage doors. We do floor paint, all types of shelves, hook systems, cabinets, wall & ceiling paint and drywall work, haul trash, recycle, organization assistance, and D.I/Good Will. Some jobs are bid first, some are flat fees, and some we just charge hourly. Reach out with any questions about additional services.
Most of our product pricing we offer INCLUDES standard installation and over 65% of our installations fall into this category.
Where applicable, the following items are considered additional and will be charged extra:
painted walls/ceiling ($15 per product),
textured ceiling ($30 per product),
spending more then 15-20 minutes additional time having to move items out of the way (charged $75/hr),
ceilings over 12' ($75 per appointment),
ceilings over 14' ($150 per appointment),
and vaulted ceilings (TBD).
The state of Utah requires we charge sales tax.
There are no other required fees.
Cancellations - We understand plans can change. However, if we have customers cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we usually can't fill in those appointments. So if plans change please give us as much notice as possible. If it's under 24 hours we will be charging a $50 fee which can be applied to your bill.
